Keeneland – Thursday 04/27/2017
Sorry I have been MIA this past week, but I’ve always said that I won’t post my selections unless I feel I have given a card adequate time to fully handicap it, and since I haven’t been able to do that I did not feel right providing you with plays that were not properly vetted. Only one more day at Keeneland until the fall. It seems like this spring meet flew by and just a little more than a week until the Derby next Saturday. We are going to try to provide some content/thoughts over the next week about both Friday and Saturday cards at Churchill. I can tell you now that I really like two longshots next Saturday in the Derby as this crop of three-year-olds has not blown me away and I think we could see a late charge down the stretch to blow by this year’s favorites. But enough about next week, let’s get to today at Keeneland!
